From a paper-based test to an online quiz

Elements of Quiz-style exams

• In the examples above Section A contained MCQ questions and Section B contained Written Response questions
• Questions can be displayed one at a time or all at once by Section.
• Questions in each section can be drawn randomly from a Question Library.
• MCQ and related question types can be auto graded.
• Written Response questions can allow file upload so students can attach their submission.
• Written response submissions either typed or attached cannot be analysed with the Urkund Originality Checker.
• Password can be set for additional security.
• Students requiring special access can be catered to via the special access list.
• Grading can be done via the inline Quiz grading feature – the full student attempt is visible.
• Compatible Question types can be re-graded automatically in event of error.
• Grades can be collected in a Grade item for GradeBook transfer.
• Can export multiple report types via .csv for grading and / or analysis. 
• Mock Exams can be prepared and made available to students beforehand that replicate the exam experience.
• Should be considered open book.
• Quiz format does not natively support choosing between questions (answer 2 of 3), students can use n/a or not attempted in order to not display a warning upon final submission.
