How to Capture and Share Your Lectures

1. Schedule lecture capture in The College of Business
   Using the form you can request one-off capture or capture a lecture series (for example a weekly lecture that takes place at the same time and location throughout the term).
2. Confirm requirements
   You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your capture schedule.
3. Gain consent from guest speakers (consent form)
4. Inform the audience that the session is being recorded
5. Review the recording and edit if required
   The media server provides basic editing tools you can use to trim the recording and delete unwanted segments.
6. Add the recording to Brightspace and inform students of its availability

7. Review viewing statistics and analytics at the end of the teaching term
