Accessing a Virtual Class
Follow the directions in the video below to access a Collaborate Ultra virtual class in Brightspace.
Using a PC or Mac:
For the best experience of Collaborate Ultra virtual classroom on a desktop device, you should use Google Chrome web browser. If you don’t have Chrome you can get it here: https://www.google.com/
If you can't use Chrome, you could use Firefox or another browser but you may not have as optimal a result. In addition, if not tasing Chrome, you will have to have flash installed for your choice of browser. You can get flash here: https://get.adobe.com/
Using a mobile device:
You can download the Brightspace Pulse App for either iOS or Android:

If accessing a virtual classroom session via the Brightspace Pulse app you will be re-directed to using a supported browser on your device. (Safari for iOS and Chrome/Firefox for Android)
Accessing the virtual classroom:
You can access a Collaborate Ultra virtual classroom through a module on Brightspace or via a guest link depending on how your instructor chooses to set it up.
Follow the directions in the video below to ensure your camera and microphone are working for your virtual class.
